Honestly, Netpond cash is one of best converting sponsors for me (last 3 month 1:849 - they count every single one click (on first page, no join page, second page.... bullshit)

Second in that list is relative new program for adult webmasters, Titan Bucks, there NATS take care of counting clicks and sales ;) . My last 3 month ratio is 1:498 (mainly push their preggo and pantyhose sites).

Also, Dee Cash is been good to me ( last 3 month 1:388), but they count qualified hits (I guess this is second page clicks).
